In-House Benefits Plan for New and Existing Patients

NOVA DENTAL CARE offers an IN-HOUSE BENEFIT PLAN designed for patients who do not have dental insurance. For a low annual fee, this plan provides you with FREE Exam and X-rays & significant discounts on cleanings & dental treatment.

Their goal is to provide a membership plan to help those patients who otherwise may not be able to afford the medical care they may need. All family members are eligible with no deductibles, no yearly minimum, and no pre-existing conditions.

Your membership fee is good for one year from membership date.* Payment is due at time of service for dental services no provided under this plan. This plan is not insurance and is not intended to replace dental or health insurance. You have the right to cancel in the first 30 days, provided that you have no used the plan. Once you have used the plan, your fee is not refundable.

*Initial memberships start the day you pay the membership fee and the one day prior of the following year. Renewals will commence on the same day of the the following year.
